If you choose to cancel your membership within the specified trial period (usually 7 days), you will be eligible for a full refund of any membership fees paid.
In the case of medical conditions preventing you from using our facilities, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. A medical certificate may be required.
If you relocate to an area where Blink flex does not have facilities, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Proof of relocation may be required.
If you purchase personal training sessions and are unable to utilize them, we may consider a refund or extension on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
If Blink flex cancels a scheduled class or event, you will be entitled to a refund or credit for the canceled session.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the refund request and will be issued in the original form of payment.
